Refund Policy

1. Subscription Payments Are Generally Non-Refundable

Except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by us, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable once charged. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, unused features, failure to use the Service, or failure to cancel before a renewal or trial converts to a paid subscription.

2. Free Trials

Eligible standard users may receive a 7-day free trial. Eligible purchasers of a qualifying FontenbloFBA course designated by us may receive a 14-day free trial. The specific trial offered to you will be displayed at checkout.

If a payment method is required for the trial, your selected paid subscription will begin automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial expiration time shown in your account or checkout confirmation.

3. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same billing period, or charged after a properly completed cancellation, contact [email protected] promptly. We will review verified billing errors and provide any remedy required by law or appropriate under the circumstances.

4. Service Issues

Temporary outages, changes in third-party data, retailer availability, missing deals, or differences between displayed and in-store information do not automatically create a right to a refund. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
