Subscription & Cancellation Terms

1. Monthly Plans

Fontenblo AI launch pricing is:

• Starter — $19 per month
• Scale — $39 per month
• Pro — $69 per month

Applicable taxes, if any, may be added. Promotional or special pricing may be offered from time to time and will be displayed at checkout.

2. Free Trials

Eligible standard users receive a 7-day free trial when offered at checkout. Eligible purchasers of a qualifying FontenbloFBA course designated by us receive a 14-day free trial when the applicable benefit is linked to their account.

Unless you cancel before the free-trial period ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid monthly plan selected at checkout and the applicable monthly price will be charged through Whop.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your paid subscription automatically renews every month until canceled. By starting a paid subscription or a free trial that converts to paid access, you authorize recurring monthly charges for the selected plan until cancellation.

Before submitting payment information, the checkout should clearly display the plan price, trial length if any, the fact that the subscription will automatically renew, and how to cancel.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the subscription or billing controls available in your account or through the Whop billing interface, or through another cancellation method made available by us.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless required otherwise by law or expressly stated, you will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period. If you cancel during a free trial, access may end at the end of the trial or as otherwise displayed in your account.

To avoid the next charge, complete cancellation before the renewal or trial-conversion time shown in your account.

5. Plan Changes

You may be able to upgrade or downgrade your plan through the available account or billing controls. Any proration, immediate charge, credit, or effective date will be shown by the billing system before you confirm the change.

6. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices in the future. Any change affecting an existing recurring subscription will be communicated in advance when required by applicable law and will apply only to future charges after the change takes effect.

7. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, access may be restricted or suspended until payment is successfully processed. The payment processor may retry failed payments in accordance with its own procedures.

8. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Subscription & Cancellation Terms by reference.

9. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed through Whop. Your use of Whop may also be subject to Whop’s own terms and privacy policy.
