Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for activity that occurs through your account. You may not share access in a manner that circumvents plan limits or permits unauthorized users to use the Service.

You must promptly notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. What the Service Does

Fontenblo AI is an informational and analytical software tool designed to help users identify potential retail and online resale opportunities. Depending on the plan and features available at the time, the Service may display retailer pricing, inventory or availability information, nearby store information based on ZIP code, online deals, Amazon-related resale benchmarks, estimated fees, estimated profit, return-on-investment calculations, price history, filters, saved searches, and alerts.

The Service does not purchase products for you, guarantee that a product is available, guarantee that a retailer will honor a displayed price, or guarantee that any product can be resold profitably.

3. Informational Use; User Verification Required

All product, price, inventory, sales-rank, fee, resale, profit, ROI, and similar information is provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or changed without notice.

Before traveling to a store, purchasing inventory, listing a product, or making any business decision, you are responsible for independently verifying current price, stock, product identity, condition, restrictions, fees, taxes, shipping, prep costs, marketplace eligibility, intellectual-property restrictions, and any other factor relevant to your transaction.

4. No Affiliation or Endorsement

Unless expressly stated otherwise, FTB Consulting Services LLC and Fontenblo AI are independent from and are not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Amazon, Target, Home Depot, Lowe’s, or any other retailer, marketplace, brand, or third party whose names, marks, products, or data may appear in the Service. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Paid access is offered through recurring subscription plans. Current launch pricing is Starter at $19 per month, Scale at $39 per month, and Pro at $69 per month, unless a different price or promotional offer is clearly displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Free trials, billing, cancellation, plan changes, and payment terms are described in the Subscription & Cancellation Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own lawful business activities.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data except as expressly permitted;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, crawl, probe, or attempt to discover source code, non-public APIs, or underlying systems, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use automated means to overload, interfere with, or circumvent technical limits, access controls, plan limits, or security measures;
• use the Service to violate marketplace, retailer, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, privacy, or other applicable laws or third-party terms;
• misrepresent your relationship with Fontenblo AI or use the Service in a fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive manner.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, databases, compilations, and original content, is owned by or licensed to FTB Consulting Services LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Fontenblo AI or any underlying technology to you. You retain ownership of information you submit to your account, subject to the limited rights necessary for us to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

8. Third-Party Services and Data

The Service may depend on third-party platforms, payment processors, data providers, hosting services, retailer websites, marketplaces, email providers, monitoring tools, and other vendors. We do not control third-party systems and are not responsible for outages, data changes, access restrictions, discontinued integrations, or third-party acts or omissions.

Third-party availability may affect or temporarily disable certain Fontenblo AI features. We may add, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue integrations or data sources when reasonably necessary.

9. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify features, supported retailers, geographic coverage, plan limits, update frequency, data sources, or other aspects of the Service. We may also perform maintenance or suspend access for security, legal, operational, or technical reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND RESULTS.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DEAL, INVENTORY LEVEL, PRICE, AMAZON PRICE, ESTIMATED PROFIT, ROI, FEE CALCULATION, SALES RANK, ALERT, OR OTHER DATA WILL BE CURRENT, COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR PROFITABLE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FTB CONSULTING SERVICES LLC, FONTENBLO AI, AND THEIR OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, TRAVEL COSTS, INVENTORY LOSSES, OR MARKETPLACE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FTB CONSULTING SERVICES LLC FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or legal risk, or use the Service in a manner that threatens our systems or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel recurring billing as described in the Subscription & Cancellation Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute not otherwise resolved will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice when required by law.
